    Had a spa day hete, hydrotherapy pool was out of order but was reimbursed with another free spa day and bar of chocolate. Excellent service!

    All of the staff that we interacted with were so friendly, pleasant and professional. The hotel is great to look at - the Christmas decorations were so tasteful but not over the top.) The room was very spacious and the bed was one of the best I've slept in. We had dinner in the restaurant which felt like you weren't sitting on other people and the food was delicious. The only thing that let the place down was that the bar took slightly longer to get a drink than I've experienced. But without a doubt, I'd stay again.

    Good location with easy access. Ample parking for reasonable charge. Friendly and professional front desk staff. Clean modern facilities. Excellent experience overall.
